Relaxed fit, if you're anorexic

Let me preface by saying that though I do strength training at the gym, I'm not at all an athletic guy but whenever I have bought relaxed fit jeans in the past, they have actually had leg room in them. These jeans are more like a slim fit than a relaxed one. The 29" waist fits me well but that's where it ends. The seat, the thighs and even the calves feel like a tightly wrapped ham ready for roasting. A 30" pair probably would've fit me slightly better but it would be far too large in the waist for me as a result. I hoped that it was just the result of a fresh purchase that needs a little stretching over time but it's just not happening. Glad these were on sale but a waste of my money.
