Due to an overwhelming volume of orders, our warehousing partner may experience a 1-3 business day delay in the packing and dispatching of orders. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way and we thank you for your patience during this time.
Due to widespread international flight cancellations, increased health and safety measures and government restrictions, there are major delays with international shipping and delivery through our shipping partner, Australia Post. As the situation remains dynamic and out of our control, please see here for the latest updates about delays to your region. Customers located outside of Australia should also follow service impacts and updates with their national postal services regarding their local deliveries. International express shipping is now available to most countries via DHL Express. This service can be selected at checkout and has an estimated delivery time frame of 2-10 business days. Please note, DHL Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays within Australia due to hygiene and social distancing requirements, a significant increase in parcels volumes and a reduction in air freight capacity. The Australia Post express service remains available and will continue to be the fastest local postal delivery option for our Australian customers, the next day guarantee has been temporarily suspended and your express service may not be delivered the next business day. Shipping
Orders placed before 9am AEDT on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will usually be processed and dispatched on the following business day. While we'll do our best to process your order to the above timeframe, delays can be expected during high volume times following public holidays and online events.
All orders are shipped from Rolla's in Australia through Australia Post. We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as order has been shipped. Once you have received your shipment notification, you can track your order online here. For more information on delivery timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website here.
Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Rolla's cannot calculate these prior to delivery.
