Need delivery by December 25? Get your orders in early to avoid disappointment. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse. See below cut-off dates for placing your online order.

To our US customers: No need to worry about paying any extra customs fees or tariffs – Rolla's Jeans will cover this for you!

Dispatch

Orders placed before 9am AEDT on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will usually be processed and dispatched on the following business day. While we'll do our best to process your order to the above timeframe, delays can be expected during high volume times following public holidays and online events.

All orders are shipped from Rolla's in Australia through our Shipping Partner. We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as order has been shipped. Once you have received your shipment notification, you can track your order online.

Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations (excl. USA). Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Rolla's cannot calculate these prior to delivery. To estimate duty & import taxes, you can use this calculator or contact your local customs department.

Please note, during high order volumes at peak sale periods (such as Black Friday), your order may take a little longer to ship out. Our dedicated fulfilment teams work as hard as possible to get your orders on their way to you but we would recommend adding 1-2 business days to the below shipping timeframes.
