Perfect jeans

Disappointing

Distressed details I wasn’t expecting and don’t like. Not as firm as expected.. Was advised a size up because supposedly firm — got the 9 instead of 8, loosened within a couple days. Waist design creates stomach pouch, and crotch design gives episodes of camel toe. Looks like mum jeans - loose around legs, not tight around thighs or giving that slight boot leg at all. Something to consider: I’m 5’3 wearing the ankle as full length and that part worked out perfect. And I guess I needed a pair of straight leg mum jeans that give classic 80s vibe. But not what I expected at all for that price. Op shop jeans could give same vibe and comfort (comfortable like old jeans already). But worn out in a few days isn’t great.

Returning - not for curvy women

I had hoped that as a pear shape these would fit me, but sadly not. Back gap at waist, flattened out my butt to look non existent, and just looked unflattering and bulky at the front. In my opinion this style is not suited to women with more pronounced curves. The quality seems nice, but I will be returning

Good for tall girls

Fit true to size. Finding jeans that are long enough for me is a struggle but these fit great and length was perfect. Colour was lighter than in the photo, slightly annoying, but not annoying enough to bother returning them. Overall positive.

Faded on the first wash

The rinse black jeans faded significantly on the first wash! They are now all streaky and look awful. I tried dying them black again but this hardly worked. These jeans are unwearable and I am really disappointed. I have many pairs of Rollas jeans that I love, but the Heidi black jeans are poor quality. Sadly already spent money to have them taken up, and also for the extra dye but I cannot wear them.

Lovely fit

I love the fit and the firmness of the fabric. They really hold a beautiful shape around your waist and hips and then skim out nicely to the perfect loose straight leg. Almost a wide leg. I am fairly tall and it seems like the leg shortened very slightly when I washed them the first time which is a shame - I’m trying to stretch them back out so they’re the perfect length. Also, sometimes one of the front pockets bunches a little bit if I don’t push it back in. Apart from these small things, they are my favourite jeans and the perfect high waisted wide leg without being too flared.

These are THE jeans

I’ve searched high and low for the perfect light wash, vintage inspired, straight leg jean that actually looked cute and are not overly baggy and unflattering. I’ve tried Levi’s, Abercrombie, Agolde and Madewell and none compare to Rollas. These jeans are the perfect color and the perfect cut. Rolla’s tends to run small so order up. I am typically a 26 a Madewell and the 27 is perfect. They’re perfect for someone with a small waist and a big booty and thighs. My only 2 critical comments are that these jeans are LONG. I am 5’5” and ordered the ankle length and they are essentially a full length jean. So keep that in mind. Also, these jeans are RIGID. Like really rigid. I’ve worn other pairs of Rollas so I expected these jeans to soften up but nope. Neither of these things are dealbreakers, but just something to keep in mind.
