Heidi Trade - Cement

I love these jeans♥️True to size, attractive color and a very comfortable fit. I want them in every color!

I love Rollas. Unfortunately when I bought this style, I didn’t realize how stretchy they are. Well, after one wash and a wear they completely stretch out. Rollas you typically have to go up a size to be able to breathe in them. So I went with that size (27) instead of a 26. They’re huge and unflattering which I wouldn’t have discovered in store as they stretched out with the first wear. I am sad that I can’t wear them. Also washing them, some of the dye was removed and left a splotchy finish. I wash with delicate detergent.. Not a fan and pretty disappointed. Getting then tailored wouldn’t make them sit right. Maybe I got a dud ? 😑

Heidi Trade jeans in Cement are crazy good, and the proof is in the fact that they have been selling out like hotcakes not just at the Rolla's store, but at every other stockist that I know of, too. The fabric is very soft, so I found that they fit exactly when I first put them on, but then they relax a bit - maybe half a size - after about half an hour of wear. I like that as I can sit and move very comfortably in this style. I have tried the regular Heidi jeans (not "Trade") and the fabric was stiffer and fit tighter compared to the "Trade" styles. The Trade cut is slightly different to the regular Heidi, too - the Trade style is truly straight in the leg, whereas I found the regular Heidi to have a bit of an inwards curve to the cut of the leg. I have the Trade style in Chestnut as well - I watched the website regularly and bought the Chestnut as soon as it became available, because I loved my Cement pair so much. The Cement colour is super versatile, and this colour and style can be made dressy or casual depending on what else it is styled with. "Cement" may not sound very attractive, but the colour is actually very agreeable, distinctive and clever, and I think it is hard to get a photo that does it justice. Same with the Chestnut. Rollas, please keep making Heidi Trade jeans - I can't wait to see what other genius colourways you come out with.

I followed the sizing chart which told me I was a Size 8 (26) in this style - I should have bought one size down because the 8 is loose around my waist and hips. Besides the poor sizing recommendation, the colour and style are great.
