Peak period fulfilment delays

Please note, due to high order volumes during peak sale periods, your order may take a little longer to ship out. Our dedicated fulfilment teams are working as hard as possible to get your orders on their way to you but we would recommend adding 1-2 business days to the below shipping timeframes. We really appreciate your patience and support.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 9am AEDT on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will usually be processed and dispatched on the following business day. While we'll do our best to process your order to the above timeframe, delays can be expected during high volume times following public holidays and online events.

All orders are shipped from Rolla's in Australia with Australia Post and SEKO Omniparcel. We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you have received your shipment notification, you can track your order online with the supplied link. For more information on delivery timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website here.

Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Rolla's cannot calculate these prior to delivery.
